Build a group texting app that broadcasts incoming texts to all members

This app will let people join the group by texting a special code, then automatically send texts it receives to all in the group. The app is inspired by FrontLineSMS, a tool that has been used in developing countries to monitor elections, monitor elections, broadcast weather forecasts, and coordinate events.
